Curriculum Licensing Terms
Last Updated: 9/3/2026
These Curriculum Licensing Terms outline the approved usage of the Kids Can Cook proprietary curriculum, lesson plans, videos, and associated materials provided to organizations and educational facilities.
1. License Grant
Upon purchase of a license, Kids Can Cook grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Kids Can Cook curriculum. This license is specific to the tier purchased (Essentials, Organization, or Enterprise) and applies only to the agreed-upon number of physical locations.
2. Permitted Use
The materials are provided solely for the purpose of facilitating internal culinary enrichment programs for your enrolled participants. Your staff may download, print, and distribute the provided student activity sheets and recipes strictly for use within these facilitated sessions.
3. Restrictions
Under this agreement, your organization and its staff shall not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the curriculum or any of its components to third parties.
- Share login credentials to the Kids Can Cook Hub with unauthorized users or external organizations.
- Publish Chef D's instructional videos or proprietary lesson plans on public websites or social media.
- Modify or alter the curriculum to claim it as your organization's original intellectual property.
4. Multi-Site & Enterprise Licensing
If your organization operates multiple locations, you must hold an active Enterprise License or multi-site agreement. A single-site license may not be shared across a network or district without prior written authorization.
5. Term and Termination
This license remains active so long as your subscription or annual agreement is in good standing. Kids Can Cook reserves the right to terminate access immediately if these licensing terms are violated.
