Even those who don't like fish will enjoy this awesome cooking demonstration and class. You'll learn all of the sushi knife cuts, ingredients, and even roll your own maki. The menu of vegetable, tofu, and chicken rolls will be sure to suit everyone's tastes. You'll leave with all the tips and tricks you need to make your own sushi at home!

Planning is underway for Chefs at the Table 2010, KCC's fall fundraising dinner. Last year's inaugural event was such a success, we can't wait to do it again! Letters have gone out inviting Boston's top chefs to join us for the evening. Guests at this event will enjoy an intimate three course dinner with one of these chefs, chosen by random drawing prior to the event. A big thank you goes out to Chef/owner Evan Deluty of Stella in Boston. Evan is the first chef to sign up for this year's event. We're glad he'll be back for a second year. Also confirmed is Chef William Kovel of 28 Degrees. We'll keep you posted as we fill in the rest of our chefs for this great event. |
